Our dedicated customer service team will give you and your customers peace of mind. We follow a multi-tiered customer service program to guarantee that no detail falls through the “cracks”. Our customer service team is located in the same office with the fleet dispatch so we can communicate directly with your service providers.
Today's customers insist on conducting business with companies that have a quality measurement process in place. Bekins Quality Index (BQI) is just such a program. BQI is a quality measurement process that utilizes an independent 3rd Party company to perform phone surveys with our customers to ensure that we continue to offer them the highest level of service. Based on how the customer rates each portion of their moving experience, all personnel are rated individually. On the off chance that a shipment is given an unfavorable score, a "red flag" is assigned by the polling company and Bekins is contacted immediately. Bekins then works with the involved agency to take corrective action. At Bekins A-1 we want you to be satisfied with your moving experience. If at any time during your move, your overall satisfaction is in question please let us know so that we can take corrective action.
